Villefranche de Conflent is listed as one of the most beautiful villages of France and classified by UNESCO as a world heritage site. This is a visit not to be missed, constructed by Vauban in 1681, surrounded by its ramparts and overlooked by the superb Fort Liberia, not forgetting the many walks around the village.

Villefranche is also the departure point for the celebrated ‘Little Yellow Train’ which has crisscrossed the Pyrenees for 100 years, enabling you to discover wonderful, panoramic views of mountainous countryside.
